Explosion Proof Sanitary Ball Valves - Positioner
Valworx explosion proof electric sanitary ball valves are typically used for positioning control of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and pet care applications where sanitary construction is required, as well as for utility, process and corrosive and hazardous environments where quick clamp applications are needed. Highly polished internals (8- 12 Ra finish) and Dyneon® PTFE cavity-filled ball seats are standard.
UL Class I Div 1 Groups C & D certified actuators available in 24VDC or 110VAC for modulating flow control. 316SS, tri-clamp hygienic design with encapsulated seats available in 1" to 4" sizes.
Note: Tri-Clamp size is NOT determined by the OD of the end cap. Refer to chart below for Tri-Clamp size. Valworx does not recommend the use of high temperature brackets with explosion proof actuators.
