Air Actuated PVC Ball Valves - Scotch Yoke
Valworx air actuated PVC ball valves are used for On/Off control of water and other media compatible with the materials of construction. Spring return air actuators (Series 5442) use air pressure to open the valve and springs (failsafe) to close the valve. Double acting air actuators (Series 5441) use air to open and air to close the valve. Advantages of air actuated ball valves over other type valves may include: higher flow rates, higher pressures, wider media compatibility, straight through flow path, reduced water hammer, and use in hazardous environments. 1/2 to 2 inch sizes include IPS glue sockets and NPT end connectors.
Rugged, hard-anodized aluminum construction. Explosion-proof rated to ATEX EX h IIC TX Gb/ EX h IIIC TX Db. Certified NSF 372 / NSF 61 for potable drinking water. 1/2" to 4".
