1" Explosion Proof 3-way Brass L-Diverter Valve 110 VAC, EPS Positioner

Valworx 586408 explosion proof 3-way full port lead free ball valves are used to control the flow of water, air, oil, and other media compatible with the materials of construction. These 3-way L-Port valves are used as either diverting or selecting valves. Four ball seat design allows for full pressure at any port. Ideal where lead free and NSF approved construction are required for potable drinking water, or other general industrial applications in hazardous environments. The EPS- Electronic Positioning System provides an accurate valve positioning function whereby the movement of the actuator is controlled by a 4-20mA input control signal. Any change in the input signal results in a corresponding and proportional change in the position of the ball. The internal microprocessor and closed loop feedback system continuously monitors and maintains accurate valve position. Valve can be set to fail closed, in-place or open with loss of control signal. The valve will remain in the last known position with loss of electric power. There is no flow shutoff position with this type valve.

Valworx does not recommend the use of high temperature brackets with explosion proof actuators.

Actuators certified for UL Class I Div I Groups C & D, and are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA.
