2" Explosion Proof 3-Way Sanitary T-Port Valve 24 VDC

Valworx 582704A explosion proof 3-way sanitary ball valves are typically used for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and pet care applications where sanitary construction is required, as well as for utility, process and hazardous environment applications where quick clamp applications are needed. Standard unit is power-to-open and power to close, stays in last known position with loss of power. On receipt of a continuous voltage signal, the motor runs and via a self-locking gear drive rotates the ball. The motor is stopped by internal cams striking limit switches. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the valve position. These T port valves can be set-up in any one of four different flow patterns (T1-T4) in the field by simply moving the valve stem (factory setup T2 flow pattern).

The valve is direct mounted to the actuator using the international standard ISO5211 mounting pad. Rugged unique integral motor/housing design provides higher torque in a very small package. Actuators certified for UL Class I Div I Groups C & D, and are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA.
