3" High Performance Butterfly Valve Wafer

Valworx 569003A high performance stainless steel butterfly valve for on-off control of air, oil and other media compatible with the materials of construction. Wafer style valve sandwich mounts between customer supplied ANSI /ASME Class 150 and other international standard flanges and gaskets. High quality, passivated 316 stainless steel (CF8M) body for excellent corrosion resistance. Bi-directional seal design ensures increased sealing force in either flow direction. Reinforced Teflon (RPTFE) disc seat for expanded temperature range. Bolted faceplate ensures proper seal alignment and facilitates maintenance. Belleville washers for consistent, self-adjusting stem seal pressure. Double offset design greatly reduces seal wear. Integral ISO5211 top mounting allows for easy air actuator, electric actuator or manual handle installation without external brackets. This valve is a bare stem direct mount design. Optional hand levers and gear operators are available separately. Suitable for end of line applications. Full vacuum rating.
