1-1/2" Electric 3-way Brass T-Diverter Valve 24 VDC

Valworx 567951C electric actuated 3-way FULL PORT lead free ball valves are used to control the flow of water, air, oil, and other media compatible with the materials of construction. These 3-way T-Port valves are typically used as a flow diverter valve. Four ball seat design allows for full pressure at any port. Ideal where lead free and NSF approved construction are required for potable drinking water or other general industrial applications. Actuator uses power-to-open (position 2) and power-to-close (position 1), stays in last known position with loss of power. On receipt of a continuous voltage signal, the motor runs and via an all metal self-locking gear drive rotates the ball one quarter turn. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the valve position. There is no flow shutoff position with this type valve.

The ball valve is direct mounted to the actuator using the international standard ISO5211 mounting pad. Rugged unique integral motor/housing design provides higher torque in a very small package. Actuators are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA. Anti-condensation heater is standard and will help protect actuator against damage caused by condensation. Two auxiliary limit switches are provided to confirm valve position.

High performance ball and stem are made of 316 stainless steel rather than the typical plated brass. Energized PTFE ball seats are designed for low torque and extended cycle life. These ball valves offer a unique triple PTFE/Viton leak free stem seal design.

High temperature valve mounting kit available for extended temperature range or wall mounting applications. Suitable for vacuum to 29 inch Hg.
