4" High Performance Butterfly Valve, Wafer, RPTFE, 24 VDC

Valworx 569304A high performance stainless steel butterfly valve for on-off control of air, oil and other media compatible with the materials of construction. Wafer style valve sandwich mounts between customer supplied ANSI /ASME Class 150 and other international standard flanges and gaskets. Standard unit is power-to-open and power to close, stays in last known position with loss of power. On receipt of a continuous voltage signal, the motor runs and via an all metal self-locking gear drive rotates the disc one quarter turn. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches at both open and closed positions. On receipt of a reversing continuous signal, the motor turns in the opposite direction reversing the valve position.

The valve is direct mounted to the actuator using the international standard ISO5211 mounting pad. Actuator has a rugged unique integral motor/housing design which provides higher torque in a very small package.

Actuators are tested to rigorous UL and CSA standards and certified by CSA. Anti-condensation heater is standard and will help protect actuator against damage caused by condensation.
