Valworx 575403 Pneumatic/Manual Sanitary Ball Valves are typically used for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care and pet care applications where sanitary construction is required, as well as for utility, process and corrosive environment applications where quick clamp applications are needed. Highly polished internals (8- 12 Ra finish). Dyneon PTFE ball seats and cavity fillers are standard. Triple stem seal design is live-loaded and self-adjusting, compensating for wear, pressure, and temperature fluctuations. Spring return design uses an air pressure signal (87-120 PSI) to open and springs to close the valve. The de-clutch option can be used for manual operation or to set a limit stop for opening or closing.
Clocked mounting orientation is standard (actuator perpendicular to pipeline). In-line mounting option (actuator parallel to pipeline) available. Select as an option on the Accessories tab.
